Nasa achieves a milestone with the first-ever use of GPS signals on the Moon

NASA and the Italian Space Agency have successfully received GNSS signals on the Moon for the first time, using the Lunar GNSS Receiver Experiment (LuGRE). This milestone promises enhanced navigation for future lunar and deep-space missions, including Artemis.
