Students to get learners licenses in Colleges, institutions in Haryana, cabinet give its nod

In a bid to ease out the growing rush on the counters of registering and licensing authority (RLA) in the state the Haryana government on Tuesday decided to authorize educational institutions to act as licencing authority for the issuance of learners licences of non transport vehicles for the students.
