All Class IX students in Goa will get a shot at Class X board exam

Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education's executive council on Friday gave its nod to a proposal to allow even students who have failed in all subjects in Class IX and XI to be allowed to answer the June supplementary exam.
