The James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) has captured a groundbreaking image of AF Leporis b, the lowest-mass exoplanet directly observed by JWST and the closest to its star. Measuring 3.2 times the mass of Jupiter, this youthful planet is just 23 million years old, providing valuable insights into planetary formation and evolution.
