IN-SPACe calls for experiments on spent last stage of PSLV

The academia and private industry wanting to validate technologies in space and the environment have another opportunity to do so with the Indian National Space Promotion and Authorisation Centre (IN-SPACe) announcing opportunities on the PSLV Orbital Experiment Module (POEM).
