IIT-Roorkee discovers new antibacterial molecule

In a study published in the Journal of Antimicrobial Chemotherapy, the IIT-R researchers screened a library of 11,000 compounds against Gram-negative bacteria escherichia coli and discovered 30 novel antibacterial molecules.
