NITI Ayog says health care under utilised in UP: Ground reality specialist docs competing for job “failed” in exams

The most populous state of the country, having a population of 19.98 Crore, has 28.7% of the total posts of specialist doctors vacant in district hospitals resulting into grossly under utilisation of health care, reveals recently released health index report by the Niti Ayog.
