Drug abuse: This July, Punjabi University comes up with 1-year course on counselling for Substance abuse and treatment

At a time when the state government is all prepared with the death sentence for the first time convicts in drug abuse the Punjabi University had started a one year distance education course over the drug abuse and counselling to make school children aware about the ill effects of drugs consumption and it supply at the very early teen age.
