'Arbitrariness' in re-evaluation process of papers by CBSE under HC lens

The alleged arbitrariness by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in the process of revaluation of papers has come under the scanner of Punjab and Haryana high court, which on Friday issued notice to the CBSE.
